Alex Baldwin vindicated

Update, October 22, 10 p.m.: The AP reported that court records indicate that Baldwin was told before the fatal incident that the gun had no ammunition. The film’s armorer, a term for the person in charge of gun props, was Hannah Gutierrez Reed. Per the court records, she set three guns on a cart outside of the area where the scene was being acted.

There is your problem right there...lettin a diversity hire, broad be your 'armor'.

Stupid lefty probably didn't know the first thing about weapons.

Yeah. We need to leave it to White Men. The Professionals.

He was cleared by the police.

There's evidence that shows he was told the prop firearm had been cleared and was safe to use.

He was filming a scene where he was shooting towards the camera, where the Director and DoP were standing.

Somebody fucked up, but it wasn't Alec Baldwin.
Tell that to the judge when the civil suit hits. Don’t be surprised when he laughs at you. It doesn’t matter what ANYBODY told him. He pointed the gun at a person and pulled the trigger. His intentional action. He only got “cleared” because of his name. His negligence got a woman killed.

He's not cleared yet, not by any stretch has he been cleared, and there is more info emerging on the firearm, specifically that the set staff had been using that very weapon off set to target shoot very real ammunition, and how there was very real ammunition mixed about with the blanks on that set!

Baldwin is in trouble for real!

Reported that low budget film RUST is not going to be completed due to death of one crew member and hospitalization of another.

Actually, she should be very proficient but maybe she is not. Her father is probably the best-known armorer in Hollywood with a sterling reputation.

Where did you get the idea that Baldwin has been cleared of anything? The investigation has barely started?

The leftists here keep claiming Baldwin was cleared of any wrongdoing by police. This really is far from over with civil suits coming. Even if the criminal courts do “clear” him, he’s going to be in big trouble.

He’ll likely not sleep well for a very long time.

But that has nothing to do with the fact that Baldwin did nothing ‘wrong,’ as the dishonest right has tried to claim.
Baldwin was handling a gun that he 1. didn't know the status of and 2. Aim it at a target he didn't intend to destroy. He's 100% responsible. "I didn't know the gun was loaded" isn't a defense. Ask any firearms instructor and they'll they'll all say the same thing.

Another thing: how did he shoot two people? Did he fire two rounds???
It would appear he experienced a through and through round, the firearm was a period piece, and that most likely means it was either a .44 caliber or .45 caliber round, and the ammo used back then, as well as today in cowboy action, is usually a 255 gr roundnose driven anywhere between 600-900 fps, which is heavy and fast enough to pass as we say, through and through a target! This is one of the primary reasons law enforcement transitioned to JHP's for duty ammo decades and decades ago, to help prevent exactly what took place on that set as the hollow point, if it expands as intended, doubles so to speak, as a break upon the projectile!

So Dick Cheney has something to do with Baldwin being an asshole who killed a woman due to his own negligence? Get out of here with that shit.
No, dumbfuck.

Cheney shot some guy with a shotgun. When that happened, no one on the right acted the way conservatives are acting here...
