Its funny how stories can get twisted early on. Its appearing as though he was actually trying to smoke in the bathroom, not setting off a shoe bomb.

This guy might pull the dilpomatic immunity card, but hes still going to catch hell from his superiors when he gets back. He wont exactly get away with this unscathed. Hell, it could be embarrassing enough that he loses his job.
