... to provide her with cover for evading questions from Congress about Comey's absurd rationale for not recommending an indictment against Hillary. Comey's own testimony was that HE had not discussed the investigation with anyone outside the FBI, not that someone else in the FBI had passed information along to Lynch (and Obama). Why would have Obama scheduled a campaign trip with Hillary aboard Air Force One BEFORE Comey's announcement if he didn't already know the outcome?
