The public school system is already destroyed...it started the day the teacher's unions charter changed from protecting it's members from administrative abuse (admireable in my opinion because a young female no longer had to screw the principal to keep her job), to a leftist agenda imposed on the little ones. It's been going on for 40 years and so ingrained and institutionalized it can't be corrected. The public schools should be defunded, closed, and it's land and buildings sold at auction. Easily replaced by a competitive for-profit educational industry where outcome is the test of the product. Can Johnny read his diploma or not, and if not, that news be reported and the school closed for lack of customers.

What should be remembered is blacks must be kept stupid and violent for the dimocrat party to keep them under control. The projects have served as prisons for most of the black children's lives so a penitentiary isn't a big step as they reach adulthood. Black violence is necessary for non progs to stay appropriately frightened enough of them to accept the current terms of the surrender.
