AG Garland Calls Trump's Bluff

When? Got a link?
You need to update.

“Trump received a federal grand jury subpoena this past spring for sensitive documents the government believed he retained after his departure from the White House, a source familiar with the matter confirmed to NBC News on Thursday.

The source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said the subpoena was related to documents that Trump’s legal team discussed with Justice Department officials at a previously reported meeting on June 3.”

For some reason, this forum doesn't allow long link addresses.

You can find a link to the warrant in this NYT story: Live Updates: Documents Taken From Trump’s Home Included Classified Material

Look for "posted on the docket".

Tax evasion: Trump (like many in his income bracket) get IRS audits nearly every year and nobody has ever found anything including now.
Wire fraud: First I heard of it. What wire fraud?
Inciting the Capital attack: He had a rally. That's not inciting anything.
Change votes in Georgia: He never said change the votes, he said find the votes, as in there must be something wrong with the counting.

Trump raised 254 million dollars for a PAC that doesn't exist.. that's wire fraud. He tried to overthrow the election and incited a mob to attack the Capitol and hang the VP.

He falsified value of property to evade taxes and he tried to get the secretary of state to change election results.

You evidently don't have any respect for the law. .. or even the truth.

Patriots obey the laws of their country.

That link doesn't say a subpoena was ignored. It alleges a subpoena exists and both sides declined comment. You folks are grasping.
Sorry, but you are the one who is desperate. Trump was supposed to turn over all classified material and he didn't.

Some of those documents are our nation's most classified secrets, and Trump has no end of people coming and going at his resort. There has already been at least one attempt by China to penetrate his residence. Who knows if anyone else has succeeded.

Trump has never put America first.

Yes, that's a story Trump tells you rubes. However, he has just been deposed for lying on his tax returns. He took the Fifth 400 times like a mobster. You really should ask yourself why your propagandists are keeping you in the dark about Trump's crimes.

Once again, your propagandists are keeping you deliberately ignorant.

You really need to be force-fed, don't you, rube. I knew you wouldn't read the warrant.

The search warrant for Trump’s residence cited three criminal laws, all from Title 18 of the United States Code. Section 793, better known as the Espionage Act, which covers the unlawful retention of defense-related information that could harm the United States or aid a foreign adversary; Section 1519, which covers destroying or concealing documents to obstruct government investigations or administrative proceedings; and Section 2071, which covers the unlawful removal of government records. Notably, none of those laws turn on whether information was deemed to be unclassified.

Those are the claims of the FBI. Now let’s see them prove it.

I knew you would not read the warrant. You are awaiting instructions to parrot from your propagandists.

As for proof, the FBI just carried out several boxes of proof.

This is going to be fun, and it's only one of the walls closing in.

The cult is going to be writhing and ululating.

Most notably, the search warrant authorized FBI agents to seize materials to investigate potential crimes in connection with the Espionage Act, which outlaws the unauthorized retention of national security information that could harm the United States or aid a strategic adversary.
The other statutes listed on the warrant include the federal law that makes it a crime to destroy or conceal a document in order to obstruct a government investigation, and the federal law that prohibits the unlawful removal of government documents more generally.
Kudos to Trump for appointing Christopher Wray FBI Director!

That's a matter for the lawyers, not the public square, as to what is or isn't classified and what does or doesn't fall under the relevant laws. Garland's Panty Raid only turns this into more of a clown show.

Yes, I understand none of you mentally ill rubes can give an inch and finally see Trump is a lifelong criminal and grifter. To do so would cause your entire belief system to implode and you just would not be able to breathe any more.

It's alright then, you liberals shills keep telling us walls are ineffective. Guess this time you will prove your point.

I hope the tards' propagandists are working on a one-size-fits-all answer to explain why Trump had these documents.

For instance, suppose Fatty McCoup actually did have top secret documents about our nuclear weapons? What possible excuse could he have for possessing them?

And how will the "He's allowed to declassify documents" tard brigade be able to explain the logic of declassifying top secret documents about our nuclear weapons?

The dumb shits are really painting themselves into a corner.
