After Chauvin Found Guilty On All Three Counts Justice Department Weighs Possible Charges In 2017 Incident Involving African-American Teen.

Late last year, as a team of Minnesota state prosecutors was preparing for the trial that would ultimately convict former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin of murdering George Floyd, they received a series of videos depicting Chauvin's handling of another case three years earlier that by their own description shocked them.

The videos, from September 4, 2017, allegedly showed Chauvin striking a Black teenager in the head so hard that the boy needed stitches, then allegedly holding the boy down with his knee for nearly 17 minutes, and allegedly ignoring complaints from the boy that he couldn't breathe.

The now convicted murderer Chauvin was found guilty on all three counts in the death of George Floyd, an unarmed African-American Male.

That's right!

The woke Dems are not satisfied that the ex-cop is going to prison for life.

They want to prove their bona fides to their favorite pampered group by piling on the ex-cop.

It's so much fun to kick someone who's already on the ground, isn't it!

Sure wish the woke Dems had the same attitude toward certain sweet young gentlemen who beat the blank out of elderly Asians!
There is no piling on. The only pampered group in this country has been white men. This is why Chauvin got a trial while a black person caught on tape killing somebody would have been made to plea bargain.

This thug had 19 complaints for civil rights violations. He was given the high responsibility of enforcing our laws. Instead he abused his authority and violated the law. Therefore he must get the books thrown at him for all of his crimes.
All fake. Blacks always claim PO-Lice brutality when caught doing a felony.
...and they are backed up by the Democrat Party.

The largest mass protest in U.S. history does not automatically equate to the proportion of intelligence in the amassed DNA. The sheer disregard of the protesters that were looting and burning while Americans were being eaten by the communist virus shows that these selfish, opportunists baboons will baboon at all costs to get their way, and that the flipside of fascism is eye pain. The eye-pain of looted, burned out businesses of the American infrastructure, and infrastructure that took more gumption to produce than flaccid welfare caprice.

It would probably be worth examining this characters record in full including all the complaints made against him. I am shocked that the judge did not allow this as evidence.

The bigger issue is that he was allowed to continue as an officer despite clear evidence that he was unfit for duty. the people who enabled this should be held to account.

It is clear that the force was guilty of systematic racism and that should be rooted out.
I can see why you feel that way, given that we slap you around all the time on this forum
Kid, its a right wing forum where gobshites like you are able to spout whatever shite that you are fed. In a pub you would cower in the corner, dribbling into your pint whilst I stole your wife/partner.

YOU, of all people, are trying to play tough guy now? :lmao:

Ruling Pave Way For Longer Sentence In Death of George Floyd.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A Minnesota judge has ruled that there were aggravating factors in the death of George Floyd, paving the way for the possibility of a longer sentence for Derek Chauvin, according to an order made public Wednesday.

In his ruling dated Tuesday, Judge Peter Cahill found Chauvin abused his authority as a police officer when he restrained Floyd last year and that he treated Floyd with particular cruelty. He also cited the presence of children and the fact Chauvin was part of a group with at least three other people.

Cahill said Chauvin and two other officers held Floyd handcuffed, in a prone position on the street for an “inordinate amount of time” and that Chauvin knew the restraint was dangerous.

The prolonged use of this technique was particularly egregious in that George Floyd made it clear he was unable to breathe and expressed the view that he was dying as a result of the officers’ restraint,” Cahill wrote.
