Won't do any good. The Cost of living would go up 1.2% higher than that so the raise would be a wage cut. Those that want a higher min wage needs to address that the Cost of Living has outstripped the wage increases by more than the wage increase. It's been going on since the early 70s.

To the extent of its purchasing power and enforcement, minimum wage rate reduces poverty among wage earners and their dependents. The fault of our federal minimum wage is it is not, as social security benefits are annually cost of living adjusted. Respectfully, Supposn
