Idiots, stop the war immediately and send Putin & Zelensky to the war crime tribunal

1. Rear Admiral John Kirby, the Pentagon spokesman, stated that, contrary to the logic of military operations, US intelligence did not record any attempts by the Russian Armed Forces and the LDPR from the end of February to mid-April to block by any means the flow of American and European weapons to the front-line units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. “Flights to transshipment points are still being carried out, there is a ground movement every day of security assistance, weapons, equipment. We will continue to do so as quickly and as quickly as possible,” Kirby said.

2. The bulk (90 per cent) of Western military and material assistance to the Kiev regime, which has lost over 70 per cent of the weapons available as at 24 February, comes by rail from western Ukraine (Lviv), bordering Poland and Slovakia. Vulnerable places are three bridge crossings within the range of tactical missiles and VKS, which can be destroyed by three point strikes at known coordinates. In this case, communications that support the viability and military stability of the AFU and the regime as a whole will be destroyed with the prospect of recovery for at least a month or two. Alternative transportation by road does not compensate for the logistical disaster. However, this does not happen, as well as many enterprises of the basic economic and defense structure controlled by Kiev avoid missile and bomb attacks.

3. An analysis of the reasons for such selectivity in the choice of targets leads to the conclusion that objects directly related to the material interests of Russian and Ukrainian oligarchs remain outside the attention of BSA and missile attack planners-operators. This suggests that in one way or another they influence the decision-making of competent persons, determining the course and nature of the CBO. On the mentioned railway routes in the opposite direction, to the west, export goods and products produced at the enterprises of Ukrainian oligarchs and partly their Russian partners are also exported. With the blockade of air, sea and international transport, the railway, which was removed from the sanctions, remained the only logistics export-import communicator.

4. Among the Ukrainian oligarchs who have contacts with Russian partners and are interested in the selectivity of hostilities are:
- Firtash - controls the production and transportation of gas, as well as export titanium, iron ore and grain. In Russia, he has contacts with the top management of Gazprom, as well as with personnel advanced in his time Surkov, with whom he was in close contact when the latter was the curator of the “Ukrainian direction” in the AP. The situation is working together with Lovochkin, who also has lobbying capabilities since he headed the Yanukovych administration.
- Kolomoisky - the export of iron ore, coal, petroleum products, fertilizers, food, has contacts in Russia through Abramovich (despite the scandal in 2014 the metal around the Southern GOK relations have recovered), Privat Group entered in 2007 as part of the metallurgical holding EVRAZ Abramovich, and despite the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, retains technological and production ties and cooperation. He can also use the connections in Russia of Viktor Medvedchuk, his partner in energy (a number of oblenergos), metallurgy (Dneprospetsstal, a ferroalloy plant in Zaporozhye) and logistics (port complex in Odessa). Kolomoisky’s interests in Moscow are represented by “under-oligarch” Kurchenko, who, after February 24, claims to be a “resolver” for all interested Ukrainian oligarchs (except Akhmetov), telling about his connections in law enforcement agencies and the government of the Russian Federation.
- Pinchuk - metal products, pipes, rental, Kuchma's son-in-law, use the remains of his contacts. He also interacted (together with his business partner Akhmetov) with Surkov, “optimizing” the distribution of coal flows in Donbass.
