Charged by the King County Prosecutor with a Crime NO ONE committed.
Held in custody for SIX months without:
Any Assistance of Counsel (let alone effective)
Denied Not only my Speedy Trial Right but
Denied My Right to a fair and impartial jury of my peers.
Deprived of my right to Subpoena Wittness
Deprived of Discovery
After Four Months of The total deprivation of every Constitutional Right of the Accused and the King County Washington Superior Courts Chief Judge (Ronald Kessler) pissing on my rights and shitting on SCOTUS LAW;
I had an Ephiphany!
I had been introduced to this Chief Judge a few years earlier by my Mother In-Law (Margie Smitch). The Chief Judge is / was when introduced to me; the closest friend and next door neighbor Curt & Margie Smitch.
Chief Judge Ronald Kessler is guilty of COLOR OF LAW VIOLATIONS. He should remove himself from the bench. He has broken every oath he had ever taken as a Judge.

The chief judge falsified the docket to reflect I had waived my right to a speedy trial; I never waived this right, I fought for this right and was denied it.
