Wasn't aware there had been another police shooting of an unarmed black guy, til you posted this. Looked up the story. Sounds like an idiot cop that ought to be working in a furniture factory instead of a cop car, having to exorcise management of multiple weapons, deal with citizens and think on his feet. Some people just not cut out for the job.
