In memory of the veterans, among others who have recently died alone
in one of hundreds of nursing homes. It's very difficult especially for their loved ones who
can't be with them because of the lockdowns.

Great song. Rides the one the entire way. That’s harder to play over than a song with changes. Fogerty said that was his favorite. Musta been because he copied it in Old Man Down the Road and was sued for plagiarizing his own song!
Interestingly and contrary to popular belief, that song was not about Vietnam. Fogerty said it was about gun proliferation in the US.
