If they do insist on a penis ejaculating in a vagina, then get the coil fitted, go on the pill, slap a condom on, grease up with contraceptive lube and keep the fingers cross that no pregnancy occurs. Or, penetrate the other orifices, ejaculating up the exhaust won't result in a pregnancy.

Poor women suffer exponentially more from unwanted pregnancies. Before 1973 every small town had a back alley abortionist.

Unmarried women.. married women with children who didn't want more... women going to school to make their lives better... Women with no account husbands.. all have legitimate reasons to limit pregnancies.

Women and girls from affluent families never wanted for professional medical attention.
