Actually, I am looking for someone logical and reasonable to vote for. I don't vote party lines. If you read my posts here you would assume I am the biggest commie leftist this side of Venezuela...but I am more moderate than assumed by most.

I am radical in my beliefs in equality, fairness, defeat of tyranny, and the greater good. And for that I am labeled a commie, a socialist, a liberal and so on.

I hated Romney because he was ultra-conservative. He passed laws here that violate the Constitution, ethical standards, and were pro-business to the extent of harming the working class.

The President does not make bills, including money bills. He does not Vote on them. All he can do is sign them or veto them, which then Congress can override. The final word rests with Congress. Always has and probably always will.

Except in the case we saw in Bush's first term, when Congress was heavily Republican and both Congress & the White House were very partisan. At that time, Bush did not veto any bills that came through because the pro-business GOP majority made sure to filter out any legislation that did not contain pork or may have helped the working class & poor.

Now that the Democrats are the majority we are seeing more vetoes...such as the health care bill that would have helped to insure thousand of working class families (who could not afford it otherwise).

First of all, I don't attack everyone who disagrees with me. That is just a lie. You attack me on a regular basis and I usually respond in kind. And you have yet to back up any of your claims. I guess with senility comes a disregard for truth.

Secondly, I never said that the law works one way or another. I stated that is seems as though the president has gained power over legislation beyond what the Constitution allows...but it is more partisan corruption than anything.

It is okay for us to have opinions about how things seem without having to prove something. When one speaks as though they are speaking as an authority (as you do) they should be able to prove their point with citations and links (which you never do).

When I do state facts, I back them up. When I state opinion, that is different. Do you understand now?

Go back and read my post again. Try and not be so against the fact that it was me who posted it and read what I actually said. Your problem is that you see the person who posted before you see the post and you have already formed a bias. Then you do not fully read it, you simply read as far you feel you need to read to attack that person. And it is not just me you do this to.
