Every American of every political stripe has stated with clarity that the virus originated in China and that the Chinese government failed to issue warnings quickly enough and that China’s lack of transparency has led to the virus spreading more destructively than it otherwise could have.

Why can’t the OP hear those words when they come out of the mouths of his political opponents? Is it on purpose?
