A new restriction on protests

There has to be some laws set up stop the violence that comes from what should be "peaceful protests". One thing would be to restrict the protest marches to daylight hours only. A lot of the thugs are paid to create violence or they just merely use these crowds to work their crimes and they do so under to cover of night.

When these peaceful protests turn into riots and crimes are committed perhaps all that are still protesting after violence and looting begins should be charged with the crimes along side those that are committing the crimes. I really am not sure this can not already be law. A comparison would be if you are driving a get away car and the person doing the robbery shoots and kills someone the driver is also charged with said murder.
