Now, some crazy person has been arrested for threatening to kidnap and kill the mayor of Wichita.

It is understandable that American citizens are upset with the unconstitutional decrees of state and local government, but American citizens needs to protest as a group. Unfortunately, a lot of folks think the government decrees are actually intended to protect them when in fact masks for example don't do shit so having all American citizen refuse to wear mask, open up bars and restaurants, etc., is not going to happen.

NO actual plan or plot to carry out an attack, or conspiracy to assassinate the paranoid mayor?

Was a phone conversation wiretapped, or was the suspect under audio surveillance, or was this an actual altercation with the mayor himself?

The jackasses could've deleted a Tweet for violating terms and conditions, but I don't think the mayor as a public figure is in a position to allege any actual damages from a rude poster on social media.
