The more things change, the more they stay the same.

These are quotes from George W. P. Hunt, a Democrat and the first Governor of Arizona:

"It will be a happy day for the nation when the corporations shall be excluded from political activity and vast accumulations of capital cannot be employed in an attempt to control government."---1912

“The working class, plus the professional class, represent 99 percent,…The remaining 1 percent is represented by those who make a business of employing capital.”---1916


The point is....don't get TOO caught up in this election. It's not the end of the world, no matter who wins, and the opposition is NOT your enemy. The republic will survive and the Will of The People is still supreme.

very very good point. Whoever wins the world will not end and the opposition is indeed not your ememy. Americans will get on with every day live.
