Id have to agree. Why any republican would want to govern over this dump would be a head scratcher.

Republicans have a hard time in places where people expect their elected officials to do something.

By do something you mean give them free stuff, raise taxes, give them more free stuff, install a new tax, give them free stuff raise taxes, give them free stuff, create a new tax..................

Getting something tangiable in return for your tax money is not "free stuff".

Sure is when the super high confiscatory taxation and choking business regulations kill off the private sector, just as it has done here in New York. All because welfare queens want their monthly check.

6. Conservatives believe that humans aren't perfect. Trump is a prime example.

7. Conservatives believe in private property. Trump does not. Trump believes in "emminent domain". If he can make money off your land, he should be able to take. Trump has used Emminent Domain, or rather tried to, in order to seize privately owned property so he could build condos and make money.

8. Conservatives hold the principle of volunatary community. Trumpism holds the belief in no community. Every man woman and child for themselves.

9. Conservatives believe in the prudent restraint of power. Trump believes there is no point in having the nukes if you're not going to use them.

10. True conservatism seeks to balance the between permanence and change. Trumpism doesn't address either.
