A few questions

Has Obama already signed the pardon prepared for HIllarys past, current, and future crimes?

Does Loretta Lynch have a term to finish, or can Trump basically walk in and tell her to pack her bags?

Does anyone else have questions?

This is the place to ask

Wait for WikiLeaks to release the cell phone calls/emails...
If she is pardoned for that, wiki means nothing.

The Trump DOJ is going to go looking for the Russian leaks and charge them with sedition.

He can boot Loretta at will, and will.

I think she gave a respectable concession speech, so that leads me to wonder if Trump may have softened on throwing her in jail?

And I wonder how soon ISIS will retaliate when their funding dries up?

Point of order:

A crime is not a crime until it is ruled as such in a court of law.
A crime cannot be pardoned until it exists (ruled such in a court of law).

Question:

When Hillary realized she was losing did she scream " Damn Deplorables! "?

Will Anthony Weiner be found in a Massage Parlor in Manila killed by a Filipino Ladyboy and that famous Purple Dildo with Glitter!?!

Will William Jefferson Blythe III cigar order be filled now?

How many interns cried tears of joy knowing Bill will not be the First Husband but then realized Donald John Trump just won!?!

I have more but will ask the guru of the message board later or not....

Iran–Contra affair[edit]
The Iran–Contra affair concerned the selling of US missiles to Iran. The funds received from Iran were then channeled to guerilla rebels known as Contras, who were fighting the socialist government of Nicaragua.[21] Such funding had been specifically denied by the US Congress. Though he claims to have been opposed to the sale on principle, Weinberger participated in the transfer of United States Hawk and TOW missiles to Iran during the Iran–Contra affair.

This resulted in scandal and several investigations which resulted in fourteen administration officials being indicted, including Caspar Weinberger who resigned before trial.[22][23][24] Following his resignation as Secretary of Defense, legal proceedings against him were brought by Independent Counsel Lawrence E. Walsh. A federal grand jury then indicted Weinberger on two counts of perjury and one count of obstruction of justice on June 16, 1992.[25] He was defended by defense attorney Carl Rauh.

Prosecutors brought an additional indictment four days before the 1992 presidential election. This was controversial because it cited a Weinberger diary entry contradicting a claim made by President George H. W. Bush. Republicans claimed that it contributed to President Bush’s defeat. On December 11, 1992, Judge Thomas F. Hogan threw out the indictment because it violated the five-year statute of limitations and improperly broadened the original charges.[26]

Before he could be tried on the original charges, Weinberger received a pardon from President Bush, who was Reagan's Vice President during the scandal, on December 24, 1992.[23]

As for Wikileaks;

Material gained by illegal means is usually not admissible in a court.

I don't think that any higher court has ruled a person can in fact be pardoned for a crime they have not committed.
