Okay, so...as the libertarian in the room, I have to point out that there are some areas where I would agree with the ACLU and in rarer cases, even support a case they were defending. I recall a Colorado chapter of the ACLU once supporting a second amendment issue, for example.

On the other hand, they were indeed founded by pinko commies, pretty much the lowest life form on earth. Plus, I vehemently disagree with their clearly leftist agenda. Just saying, sometimes, strange bedfellows.
