Well, there you have it. There are more pages to this article, but I just posted what you can do. It might be wise to read the entire article yourself and decide how you and your family will avoid getting whatever is going around, and at this time, there are 4 people in the state of Texas who have the symptoms, all of whom traveled back from the Wuhan, China vicinity. They are well out of the public view and are in containment wards. None are in Houston so far. One is in the area of TX A&M, a male student who came home and showed symptoms. San Antonio, where the plane landed from China, has a case. She is in an isolated containment ward.

Caregivers are likely following the above givens for a strong immune system, and the patients are being well cared for.

LOL - how about they wash their hands and avoid opportunities to contract infectious disease? I guess that's too straightforward. You forgot about horoscopes!

Thank you, expert care giver dblack. I had straight A's in my health studies at my university, and this article affirmed most all I know. If you had read the article as I did, you would have noticed there is a paragraph on keeping hands clean and away from touching the face. I'm surprised such an ace as you would have missed the good stuff that you accused me of "forgetting." Did your college ever throw a banquet in your honor for excellence in the study of health at the end of the school year? How sad you missed the experience.

I am one of those people who rarely get sick. What I have noticed over the years is when I did get sick it was when I was extremely tired and/or stressed. I also do 7 of the 8 from the list. I don't do supplements. As always just my $ .02c.

Can only remember Dad being sick once. Under constant financial stress with few friends or time to socialize.
Myself, only been seriously sick once. Sinus infection that was so out of control it required month or more of heavy antibiotics. Still went to work everyday and collapsed at home every nite.
Wonder how much genetics play
