One of my favorite is the original 3-D album cover by Captain Beyond. It had a lenticular plastic card on the front with a picture of Captain Beyond in 3-D that moved and changed depending on the angle viewed.

They later changed it to just a printed picture on the jacket.

I bought a mint copy of the 3-D album sometime in the 1980s for $60; one of the highest prices I ever paid for an album.

Mint copies now sell for $1,000.
