I haven’t followed this case but it is now at trial….and, of course, the guy who was shot is portrayed as an innocent jogger………but in fact, he apparently used “jogging” as a cover for casing homes he planned to burgle……and other facts we and the jury will not hear….

6. ARBERY FREQUENTLY USED “JOGGING” AS A COVER TO FACILITATE/EXCUSE THEFT ACTIVITIES

On August 21, 2018 Arbery was observed, and body camera recorded, in a neighbor’s backyard looking into her car windows. When police approached Arbery afterwards to give him a trespass warning he falsely claimed that he had simply been “running in the street.” He then became aggressive and confrontational with the officers, threatening that he would “whip the officer’s ass” if they didn’t leave him alone. He was not arrested.

On October 23, 2018 Arbery was confronted trespassing inside a mobile home by local Deputies. Arbery fled when approached by police. When later caught, he falsely claimed that he “was just out running

1. ARBERY WAS A CONVICTED THIEF

As one example of Arbery’s theft activities, on February 6, 2018, Arbery entered a guilty plea to the offense of felony shoplifting, in connection with his attempt to shoplift a television from a Walmart. Police body camera video of Arbery’s arrest in this incident can be viewed here:

2. ARBERY WAS CONVICTED FELON, SENTENCED TO 5 YEARS FOR UNLAWFUL GUN POSSESSION AT A SCHOOL

In 2013 Arbery was found guilty of felony gun possession on school grounds, as well as three counts of felony obstruction of an officer for his violent non-compliance with arrest that resulted in injury to officers.
——————-

3. ARBERY WAS ON FELONY PROBATION ON THE DATE HE DIED

“Unexpectedly,” Arbery’s shoplifting conviction described above would result on the revocation of his probation for the gun conviction, also described above. Nevertheless, Arbery was back out on probation on February 23, 2020, the date on which he charged Travis McMichael and was shot dead in the physical struggle that followed.

The state has filed a motion in limine to prohibit the defense from presenting this evidence at trial, to which the defense has objected.

4. ARBERY WAS HIGH WHEN HE CHARGED TRAVIS MCMICHAEL AND FOUGHT FOR SHOTGUN

A comprehensive and powerful chemical test of Arbery’s blood conducted on July 14, 2020 found the presence of 3.2 ng/mL of THC—the active ingredient of marijuana—in Arbery’s system.

Interestingly, a less comprehensive and less powerful blood test conducted shortly after Arbery’s death had mistakenly come back negative for the presence of “drugs of abuse.”

The State intends to introduce this first blood test at trial, as evidence that Arbery was not intoxicated with drugs commonly associated with aggressive behavior at the time of his death.

7. ARBERY HAD REPEATEDLY CASED THE 220 SATILLA DRIVE PROPERTY FOR WEEKS PRIOR TO HIS DEATH

On October 25, 2019, surveillance video at 220 Satilla Drive captured Arbery at night and in the dark inside the property, presumably canvassing the property for valuables.

On November 18, 2019, surveillance video again captured Arbery at night and in the dark canvassing the 220 Satilla Drive property, presumably for the same unlawful purpose.

Nor should they. The only question for the jury should be did these three racists have a good reason to chase a black man down for being in the wrong neighborhood.

He's so going to jail.

Who numbered this?

Next time I park on the street, and some guy walking down the sidewalk looks toward my car, he will be guilty of looking into my window. Can I kill him for that?

No....the only reason the violent felon was shot was he attacked the guy with the gun......he was, in fact, a felon, casing that home..something he had routinely done as a career criminal.

Whether or not they were racists remains to be seen....what is a fact is the guy was a violent, convicted felon....with a history of using jogging as a cover for his criminal activity...

Well thanks for that. That fucker deserved to die. This trial is a BLM hoax trial. Those good ol boys deserve medals.

Do you understand the thread? The guy was an actual criminal, who cased homes under the cover of jogging...he wasn't an innocent guy out jogging......

It was a house under construction, what "valuables"?

He did what a lot of us do when we see a new house under construction... he popped by to see how they were progressing...

Wow, you mean he smoked a joint at some point... THC stays in your blood stream for weeks.

The police had a long history of harassing's him... check this out. Man was sitting in a car minding his own business, cops harassed him, insisted on searching his car without probable cause and tazed him when he refused to comply.

He was a convicted felon with a history of using "jogging," as a way to case places he planned to burgle..........a violent felon on drugs at the time of the encounter...who also brought an illegal gun into a school and had a 5 year sentence because of that act.....

Except when the police almost tazed him in 2017, the police admitted had no warrants on him...

None of the crimes you allege are violent. Even if you take everything you said he was guilty of shoplifting, smoking pot and gun possession (Silly Darky, Rights are for White People).

I understand it fine... "

This guy was being harassed for parking while black. They even attempted to tase him.

He smoked pot. Big whoop.
He carried a gun... um, okay, if he got a five year sentence in 2013, why was he out in 2017 with no warrants?

Come on, this is your usual crap, criminalizing people of color... and justifying the actions of racists who murder them.

No....the only reason the violent felon was shot was he attacked the guy with the gun......he was, in fact, a felon, casing that home..something he had routinely done as a career criminal.
If that is the only reason, then why did you list all that other unrelated shit, unless you were just trying to imply he deserved to be killed anyway? Of course, you left out a lot of things that are very relevant. They chased him down with one man standing in the back of the truck with a gun. And then there is the video. It doesn't look too good for the vigilante murderers.

If a black person murdered by cops or vigilantes was anything other than an honor student, DickTiny will find a way to justify it.

finally, a usmbscumbag who has not followed the case has "done his own research", and solved this case.
