AFAIK, all or nearly all of Trump's cases were in effect rejected up front on purely procedural grounds. It never was a matter of the evidence being "baseless." What was baseless was his legal claims because the courts simply rejected them to stay clear of getting in the middle of a presidential election! One actually told him he was "too late" to contest the election and should have done so before the election even occurred as a matter to BE contested!
