You can add to the list of Obama's lies about Obamacare the claim that it will reduce the cost of healthcare:

49-State Analysis: Obamacare To Increase Individual-Market Premiums By Average Of 41% - Forbes

One of the fundamental flaws of the Affordable Care Act is that, despite its name, it makes health insurance more expensive. Today, the Manhattan Institute released the most comprehensive analysis yet conducted of premiums under Obamacare for people who shop for coverage on their own. Here’s what we learned. In the average state, Obamacare will increase underlying premiums by 41 percent. As we have long expected, the steepest hikes will be imposed on the healthy, the young, and the male. And Obamacare’s taxpayer-funded subsidies will primarily benefit those nearing retirement—people who, unlike the young, have had their whole lives to save for their health-care needs.

Not only are the premiums going up 41%, but they are for plans with worse coverage, smaller networks, and higher deductibles.

Hopenchange!

A majority elected Obama so said majority has no legitimate grounds to bitch about what happens to them, their families and/or the finances of either. They bought it; they own it. It's just that they haven't finished paying for it yet. And probably never will......

OP- ALREADY DISCREDITED BS...more like 14 per cent, since insurers are risk averse profiteers and not competing yet, and you're getting MORE on average- not out of whack from the last 20 years, except you're finally get guaranteed health care....it'll get better- after 5 years Obama's 2500 dollar promise will be fulfilled...

Not everyone will get soaked. The lower income people will pay $50 or less a month for a way better plan than some of us will be able to buy for $500 a month. We will subsidize others so they can have the good plans, while we spend way more on the basic plans with super high deductibles.

It's a death blow to middle class and the only happy people will be the ones with their hands out who are willing to vote for those who fill their hands.

That's the price we pay for private health insurance.

?

Private insurance companies decide the networks, premiums, copays, deductibles, etc. They do it to make money. They always will put their greed before the needs of the policy holder.

Private insurance companies decide the networks

Nope.
Providers negotiate with Insurers, networks are decided by those negotiations, the rates agreed upon in these negotiations determine the network.

premiums, copays, deductibles

Are all filed with Dept of Insurance in EACH State. Whatever you see now has been approved by HHS and State DOI's.

They always will put their greed before the needs of the policy holder

See above.

As a direct result of ObamaCare....

ACA was developed to be consistent with the practices of the private health insurance industry. Whatever happened because of ACA was preordained by the industry.

Prove it :)

It has been "preordained" by the ACA and its requirements, everything that has transpired has done so because of the law kid.
Period.

Here is how I know you are a dumbass :)

NO insurance company would EVER decide on guarantee issue.......NOBODY makes money on this.

This is rationalization of the most desperate sort.

As a matter of pubic policy, America relies on private health insurance companies to provide access to health care for most non-elderly, non-poor Americans. ACA merely expands access to that service without making substantive changes.
