The only Silver Lining in this, is the fact Congress didn't do as much damage as it usually does. I mean, it did do a whole lot of damage, but just a little less this time around. CNN bemoaning the 'least productive Congress', is actually cause for me to celebrate. I truly believe Congress should only meet a couple times a year and for very brief sessions. The more they're there, the more damage they do. I would prefer they meet far less often.

Jeezus you Ron Paul supporters need to get a grip on what you support and what you don't support! What he is discussing is 40K new STATE laws. You know the 10th amendment State's rights crap you fools peddle all the time.

If you actually listened to the video it discussed the fact that State laws are on the rise and FEDERAL laws are decreasing. He stated he sees that trend as the norm because of how divided Congress is and will be into the forseeable future.

All Ron Paul preached was State rights and the vast amount of state laws is precisely that STATE'S RIGHTS. Esp when it comes to legalization of pot aspect.

Also laws are necessary and I like some of the laws that are coming out. The ban on shark fins is a good one. The disallowing of colleges to use student's FB content to deny them is another. Legalization or decriminalization of weed is another. There are always bad laws, but if you are arguing that no laws need to be passed your a bigger fool than that asshole who supports over-regulation.

For the most part these laws are not business impeading regulations. Those are the laws I have the most problem with!

You fools don't know what a police state is! Some of my last relatives to come to America told me about the Soviet Police state.
