4 best presidents since 1900???

I can't really judge Trump or Biden because their stories aren't necessarily done yet. I'm on the fence about whether I can judge Obama in the scope of history, because we may not have fully seen the effects of some of his actions.

At any rate, my top three are clearly both Roosevelts and Eisenhower. The fourth is probably Truman or Kennedy; I could make a case for and against both.
