What kind of piece of shit, could (not only be cruel enough) to shoot a kitten, but such a lousy shot, to not be able to do the job right? What a mean, ignorant putz. Anybody knows, that if you do have to put an animal down, you do it humanely and then properly dispose of the remains. You just don't sweep it into the streets to rot! They will probably get fines, but deserve a public whipping with a bullwhip or a cat-o'-nine-tails, flaying their asses.
