No, bill would prevent child abuse. No matter how police worked, nothing prevent crimes.

Any proposed legislation must meet three prerequisites before passage:

1. Is it a good idea?
2. Can we afford it?
3. Is it Constitutional?

Even conceding #1 - a dubious proposition indeed - "we" have no money to spread around on feel-good nonsense because we already have a monumental, unprecedented national debt and are projecting a monstrous deficit. Further, as for #3, there is NOTHING in the U.S. Constitution that empowers the Congress to spend Federal tax dollars to protect child sex abuse victims (or anyone else, for that matter). Hence this bill fails two of the three essential tests.

How could anyone who has sworn to protect and defend the Constitution possibly vote for this silly bit of wasteful nonsense?

Seriously, that's a question for the board.

This reminds me of the left telling us that Putin only gave them one option in the Brittney Griner case (in which I think was a lie), but that's just my leftdar going off.

Otherwise it's a set up in order to get a reaction in hopes to make the republican's look heartless when they act out or talk about the situation in such a way. The set up comes after the fact of the matter is all said and done. The real question is who are the republican's that keep selling out in these set up situation's ?? How can they be that dumb by voting with the Democrat's ??

The left will constantly try to do this, otherwise using the Treasury as their funding for such diabolical activities in which they create to try and foist upon the American taxpayer's conscious (these types of issues in the manor in which they do so), otherwise in hopes to win favor through fweels good bull shite in which they keep coming up with in these half hearted political ways while they hold power.

Various crime's have many levels, so the thing that has to be done dummy, is you address crime on every level in a "comprehensive" way (as much as possible), if want to stop it.

You do know what the word "comprehensive" means right ? So not closing the crack's by filling in everyone of them, just leaves some of them open to fall into, and the crazy thing is,,,,,,,is that a lot of times the most obvious one to close is left wide open, and worse it's left open for a perverse reason.
