All they are doing is forcing companies and restaurants into purchasing their automate machineries

They have already started giving out allowances.
Most of these business owners doesn't own their business. It is because most of them wanted contracts with big corporations. But once they have signed the contract. That the corporation ask them to upgrade by buying some of their affiliates expensive products that will put them into debt. But the corporations will keep on making these small businesses to keep on upgrading their system to make them deeper in debt.
But these corporations will give them allowances in order for them to survive. But give them just enough to barely to buy food and clothing and pay their bills.
But now these small companies will be forced to upgrade in order to compete with others behind the wage hike.
