All 3 should be charged with murder, plain and simple. I have ALWAYS despised no knock warrants and this is part of the reason. How in the hell do you attack an address TEN MILES from the actual address? Unbelievable. If people want to get pissed THIS murder by a cop is the one to get pissed about. Not about a criminal in Minnesota or Georgia being shot or killed by cops. She was literally an innocent civilian.

Cops this incompetent don't deserve to be on the police force. If you are going to shoot the wrong person during a drug raid at the wrong address 8 times with no drugs even in the house, any good cop knows that then you have to at least PLANT some drugs there to cover your ass! Get that bum off the force!

Breonna Taylor wasn't murdered.
When the police entered into the apartment, her boyfriend pulled out a gun and opened fire. She was killed in the crossfire between the boyfriend and the police.
Yes, it was a tragedy, and the police were at fault for interring the wrong dwelling.
No, it wasn't murder. ...

I don’t get how an earth police can be serving a warrant in plain clothes. Especially a “no-knock” one. I’d be shooting someone too if they came kicking down the door.

Did they break down the door and say POLICE? I heard it was the addrsss the drugs came from

Again, there isn't any basis for a murder charge.
The boyfriend pulled his gun and opened fire.
The police were forced to defend themselves by returning fire.
She was an innocent victim killed in the crossfire. ...

Yes, there is. Through the police action they busted into the wrong home, meaning they used force to break and enter. At that moment they were not cops they were armed robbers. The guy shot at them thinking they were armed and there to hurt them and the cops killed someone.

The cops are wholly responsible for this entire incident and should be charged accordingly.

Nothing is ever plain and simple in such situations. Only a jury of their peers can decide guilt or innocence if and when the time comes. All this across the board hatred for police. Sickening and wholly hypocritical. And yet, who do you call when shit hits the fan? Don't we ever just live in an era of absolutes? This person is absolutely guilty, that person should get the chair—and folks have the audacity to wonder why our civilization could be coming apart at the seams.

People like Preacher are strongly in favor of a Socialist Police State. This is what you get.

He forgets this is a DEMOCRAT town, with a DEMOCRAT mayor, and a DEMOCRAT police chief.

Police don't make law. They are sent to ENFORCE law.

Rational people would see the problem lies with the local DEMOCRAT POLITICIANS

Bullshit, they were armed robbers who CLAIMED they announced themselves and then opened fire after the BF started defending his home rightfully.

They claim they said Police but the address was 10 miles way

Wrong. I don't want any kind of socialist police state and have no clue where you get that, I am for holding bad cops accountable and that includes arresting them for murder when they murder an innocent person like this. I particularly don't like cops in general, in my experience they are thugs with badges who were bullied in school and took a job where they could be the enforcer and break the very laws WE get pulled over for. In fact had a cop pull me over in my mothers truck one night simply because 1 headlight was out and he passed a car IN THE TURNING LANE in a curve even though I was already pulling into a very well lit gas station, he didn't care for me telling him he committed a traffic violation by one speeding double the speed limit in a 35 mph zone AFTER I was already braking and had my turn signal on. Guy was a real prick. Most cops are the same way, got a seatbelt ticket not long after that, after passing THREE city cops and nothing some douche bag GSP with a trainee pulled me over and whined about my exhaust being loud and the cracked window and gave me a 15$ seatbelt ticket. COPS ARE ASSHOLES. Period.

I think the cops really did screw up a lot here, the detail that keeps getting glossed over is Taylor's boyfriend shot at the cops first. This isn't like so many other cases where the cops shoot at people who are fleeing or don't present a real danger.

Shots were fired and a police officer was hit in the leg.
