Anyway, Black people may struggle to be fulfilled because of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. When they can't be safe or they worry about their lives for instance, we should not expect them to be fulfilled.

It's different because it's proportionately more of Black people, hence it is a classification of people that can be drawn to help people overall.

yeah, but someone on this board reported that it still wasn't an issue.

Requiring proof of citizenship to vote seems obvious and necessary. Requiring an ID that costs money can be a poll tax. Homeless and very poor people may have expired ID.

So what's preventing them from getting ID on those two days?
