Illegals?
Nope
They have legal rights but not the benefit of enhanced constitutional rights
That is reserved for citizens.
NoHistorical jurisprudence says you're incorrect. Anyone within our borders is afforded the rights of our Constitution.
Interesting opinion depending on what rights you are talking about, buy most legal experts hold a differing opinion. How did you come to yoursIllegals?

And they keep standing on your lawnLiberals want fervently those who were not born here to just roll in and be considered Equal or Above Americans
Thinkers will never accept illiterate, unskilled, dubious , can’t speak language , law breakers as equals. Nor should they. 90% of those coming are of such a description. But they vote Democrat
what are "enhanced constitutional rights"? The Constitution protects everyone that is under it's jurisdiction...no matter their immigration statusIllegals?

There are things they can’t do or get that we are elegible forInteresting opinion depending on what rights you are talking about, buy most legal experts hold a differing opinion. How did you come to yours
illegals, or for that matter legal aliens, don't have the right to vote, the Constitution gives that to a specific class of citizens....not even every citizen has that right. No
Not if illegally here. Now they have to be handled legally but right to vote and received monetary benefits of immigrants or citizens had not been codified yet although lib loons are pushing mightly
Can you cite this interpretation?Illegals?

. Benefits are not rights. An illegal is still protected by many of the same rights as a citizen is. There is no black or white answer to your question they bear and most factual answer is it depends on the right. There are things they can’t do or get that we are elegible for
One would be running for certain offices. I listed several more already
Lib loons try and construe this to meaning it’s OK to set them on fire , It isn’t. They must be treated legally. Treated adoringly not so much
The higher degree of constitutional benefits do not convey to them, legal and even humanitarian does .

And I agree at least with your openingInteresting thread topic. Thank you.
Our Constitution does in fact extend certain protections and legal rights to all people within the USA regardless of their citizenship status. For instance we cannot take away their property or imprison them indefinitely or otherwise harm them without using due process under the law.
But the law can say that only citizens or those holding green cards or otherwise having official permission to work can legally work for pay within the USA, that only citizens are eligible for welfare or social security or whatever, etc. And that runs us into the problem of a rogue or irresponsible President or Governor or whomever granting rights to illegals that have historically been off limits to them. For instance California not only grants driver's licenses and state welfare to migrants but wants them to have the right to vote. And we see migrants given benefits and assistance at taxpayer expense that citizens do not normally receive. The Biden administration provides phones, free or subsidized housing and transportation, and other benefits to migrants that many citizens are denied.
There are even reports that Biden has flown hundreds of thousands of migrants into the USA from foreign soil bypassing the border entirely. I have not yet confirmed if that was done, how it was done or what justification there is for it, but if true it stinks.
In short our Constitution does provide protections from intentional harm to all within our borders but does not address what limitations federal or state authorities place on what undocumented people may receive at expense of citizens.
For sure the Constitution does not entitle illegals to work, to vote, to receive long term--i.e. beyond what is immediately necessary for humanitarian purposes until the person can be deported--public accommodations or otherwise be considered as no different than citizensAnd I agree at least with your opening
Noncitizens do not have identical constitution benefits that citizens do.
Liberals are working very diligently to change that in order to garner a larger voting base.
Illegals do have to be treated legally but that’s about it
And that is what I have said so thank you for a reasonable point and counterpointFor sure the Constitution does not entitle illegals to work, to vote, to receive long term--i.e. beyond what is immediately necessary for humanitarian purposes until the person can be deported--public accommodations or otherwise be considered as no different than citizens
