Should Vladimir Putin be allowed to run in the republican primary

Republicans have said, they would vote for Vladimir Putin to keep Biden out of office.
The question, should Vladimir Putin be allowed on the republican presidential primary ballot? And if not, who has to take his name off the state ballots? The secretary of state? The states top court? The US Supreme Court? Who has the authority to remove Putin from the ballot?
YOu know half or more of them would vote for him

I haven't heard any Republicans say that...who said it?

Goofy thread. Not unlike a blind person applying for a driver's license. They're not qualified to get one, so no process is needed to remove their license.
What about due process? Needing a conviction? Taking it to the supreme court?

Who has to make that call?
Does it require a conviction?
Does it have to to go the supreme court?

Simple questions.

Shit Pooty WAS NOT BORN IN THE UNITED STATES!!! Read the Constitution, it seems you do not know qualifications to be President.

Can't you answer the question?
Who can make that call?
In Maine it was the secretary of state.
In Colorado it was the State Supreme Court.
Now both are being appealed to the US Supreme Court to make the call.

So what level is allowed to make the eligibility call?

To be fair Obama was elected and not born in America.

Our election law and the Constitution make the decisions, you anti American swine. No foreigners in the White House.

I know the result, the question is what recipe to cook it?
By law, who can remove Putin from the ballot?
What "due process" is required before doing so?

Read the fucking Constitution of The United States of America. Putin IS NOT A CITIZEN.

As for qualifying for ballot, it is up the individual states how they decide that. The States control their elections, NOT the Federal Government.

You do know States oversee, supervise and manage their own elections right. Did you FAIL Senior Civics?

Right?

The Maine Secretary of State, based on an investigation by her staff and her attorneys can do so.

PUTIN IS A COMMUNIST!!!

Individual States control their elections, do you understand that.

I understand that individual states make the call, usually by the secretary of state if they're in charge of state elections.
That they're the one's who read the constitutional requirements, and they make the call whether the candidate qualifies or not under those requirements.
Of course the candidate can appeal that decision (due process) otherwise their call is final.
