President Joe Biden’s decision to withhold bombs from Israel will cause more Israeli soldiers to die in booby-trapped buildings that would otherwise have been destroyed from the air, according to a military source in Israel.
As Breitbart News reported, the Biden administration confirmed this week that it had withheld 2,500-lb. and 500-lb. bombs, and would also withhold artillery rounds, in opposition to Israel’s decision to attack Hamas’s last stronghold in Rafah.
Israel, which views the defeat of Hamas in Rafah as a military necessity, has decided to continue its operation. But in order to avoid antagonizing Biden, or running out of bombs, Israel will have to send soldiers directly into buildings.
“Everything is rigged to blow [in Rafah],” a military source said. “We are being engaged in numerous buildings, and tunnels rigged in a manner we have not yet encountered. Hamas is organized, and was waiting ready for the IDF to enter Rafah.”

During this period Blinken has been hard a work trying to convince Israel to agree to the Saudi plan which called for an immediate ceasefire and the guarantee of a Palestinian state. In other words, the "other way" to defeat Hamas was to leave Hamas in power and create a Palestinian state. Finally at his commencement address at Morehouse college, he came right out and demanded an immediate ceasefire. Clearly there never was another plan to defeat Hamas than taking Rafah. We haven't heard a single honest word from this administration since the Muslims in Michigan refused to vote for him.

You are lying or your BDS is getting in the way. There is no change in policy. An immediate ceasefire, to get the hostages out and possibly work toward a long term solution is not a permanent ceasefire and not a change in policy which, by the way, is not made in commencement speeches to college graduates.

Again. Immediate ceasefire is not the same as a permanent ceasefire per State Department briefing which is a more accurate source of information than a college commencement address. As for a two state solution? It is the only path to a lasting peace.

That is not exactly true or maybe it is just your spin. In May, the State Department stated in its report, that it was “reasonable to assess” that Israel had violated International Humanitarian Law during it’s conduct of the Gaza war. The report looked at two key areas: whether Israel had violated international law while using US weapons and whether Israel was restricting Humanitarian aid.

The State Department findings cited multiple examples where large numbers of Palestinian civilians were killed in Israeli airstrikes. The reports said these instances raised serious concerns, but the U.S. did not have enough evidence to reach definitive conclusions.​

In other words, it did NOT say there was “no evidence”, as you claim, just not enough for a definitive conclusion. Big difference.

On the question of humanitarian aid for Gaza, the report stated that Israel initially did not cooperate with the U.S. and international aid groups to let in humanitarian aid and thus "contributed significantly" to the lack of aid to the Palestinian people. ​

There is nothing in the report itself that actually states “no evidence found” that Israel broke international law, in fact it refers to “credible” allegations several times. An immediate ceasefire, to get the hostages out and possibly work toward a long term solution is not a permanent ceasefire and not a change in policy which, by the way, is not made in commencement speeches to college graduates.

Nothing but bullshit from you ever. I don't think you have ever posted an honest word. Biden called for an immediate ceasefire and that would leave Hamas in power, and although he and Blinken said there were other ways of defeating Hamas than taking Rafah, no one in the administration has ever said what they were. Before the Michigan Muslims refused to vote for him, he was 100% in agreement with Israel that Hamas had to be defeated, and now he wants an immediate ceasefire with no specific plans for defeating Hamas in any other way.

In case there is any small part of you that may have an honest interest in the situation, Biden's worst nightmare, is that after the defeat of Hamas, there is no rational alternative to Israel taking complete control of Gaza, and if that happens during the election, it will split the Democratic Party and cost him key battleground states like Michigan and Minnesota and perhaps the election. Everything the Biden administration has said and done since the Michigan Muslims refused to vote for him in the primary has been to avoid this outcome, which is exactly the outcome he supported before the Michigan primary.
