No such thing as a fake elector. That's for Congress to decide which slate to approve.

I thought it was the voters who decided by virtue of counting the ballots on a statewide basis. Whoever gets the most votes wins. You say Congress decides so why do we have elections if Congress can say a loser like Trump gets to be the winner.. What you are really are saying is black people should not be allowed to vote.against a great white hope like Trump.
