Not in Chicago. Not blacks. Oh no, blacks only shoot each other in Chicago.

So, all these POC found the strength to endure systemic racism and be productive members of society?

No. This is the result of a society the facilitates these kinds of programs.

These programs only exist in white countries. Or, are started by white people in black countries.

Good for them. Good for us.

This just shows that blacks are just as capable as anyone else. Kudos to all those kids who stayed in school and got an education. Hopefully they will be the future leaders of the black communities all over the nation.

There was never any doubt that Black people are just as capable as everyone else, with the exception of those with a supremacist mindset. And for them, no amount of evidence will ever change their estimation of Black people and our abilities because those beliefs are so deeply entrenched and rooted in the beliefs of their own superiority.

  • Fact
Reactions: IM2
These retards are looking for anything to use in order to deny the systemic racism that exists. The reality of this situation is that some blacks make it, others eventually wear down because of the mental toll white racism takes on people.

On June 3, 2020, SAMHSA’s Office of Behavioral Health Equity published a report titled, “Trauma, Racism, Chronic Stress and the Health of Black Americans.” They found that racism contributed to poor mental health and chronic physical health problems.

“Racism and associated trauma and violence contribute to mental health disorders, particularly depression, anxiety and PTSD, and chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, maternal mortality/infant mortality and morbidity in African Americans. Racism is considered a fundamental cause of adverse health outcomes for racial/ethnic minorities and racial/ethnic inequities in health. The primary domains of racism - structural/institutional racism, cultural racism, and individual-level discrimination— are linked to mental and physical health outcomes. Racism and violence targeting a specific community is increasingly associated with complex trauma and intergenerational trauma, all of which have physical and behavioral health consequences.”

Now whites like some here, who sit back in the easy chair of whiteness, don't seem to realize what racism does, and when its explained, these people who never face it, but post opinions that sound like some ---- said in the 1800's want to deny the facts shown.

What must happen is that whites stop being racists. It's either that or whites who are racists must be removed from positions of responsibility, or any kind of decision making position and replaced with non racist whites and/or people of color. Period.

This is a stupid comment. It is maddening to read this type of trash knowing how much help whites have been given that we have been denied.

If as I said black people are just as capable as everyone else, how come you, IM2 and others want preferential treatment for blacks to continue after more than half a century?

Conservatives like me believe that achievement has nothing to do with race.

That’s just your typical self-serving bullshit. Got over it, for over a half century blacks have been given every possible preference. You need to grow up and accept that success or failure is the result of personal decisions and effort, or lack thereof.

Learn your history and stop repeating the tall tales.

All of these woke-ass organizations are completely biased. As if it’s the slightest surprise that an office of “equity” is going to find “racism”. Well, duh* It’s like having a pack of wolves investigate the the virtue of eating meat.

DEI is a billion dollar industry. All of these “investigations” are used to justify continued (or more) funding for various .orgs and initiatives. It’s a giant circle jerk. The more money they get, the more “racism” they are going to find. And that is exactly what we have witnessed. Billions of dollars spent and zero progress made.

They will never solve these social problems for two reasons. 1). It’s not racism. 2). They aren’t in the business of solving these social problems. They are in the business of inventing social problems.

This is an example of what is possible when you have motivated parents putting their child into a charter school with an academically advanced curriculum. It is a similar story to the Schlitz family posted a couple weeks ago who have 3 kids all of whom were exceptional academically. We had our kids in charter schools because Az public school standards were poor and they ended up doing very well in college. These stories belong in the Education forum in my opinion.
