Two Taliban leaders killed in Afghanistan

Quote:
Local security forces and coalition soldiers killed two Taliban leaders and several other insurgents Thursday in western Afghanistan, NATO's International Security Assistance Force said.

Taliban leaders Haji Dawlat Khan and Haji Nasrullah Khan and a "significant number of other insurgents" were killed during "a successful operation against high-priority Taliban targets" in Herat province, according an ISAF statement.

Simply Government Propaganda. We all know Afghanistan is a losing proposition, cause the same press has told us this since they ran out of stories of losing in Iraq.

I never said that you had no right to have an opinion. I just said that it was, in fact, worth nothing.

That's good news.

Idiotic comment there, but to be expected from people like you.

Link to one major media outlet that states that Afghanistan is a losing proposition.

All of the liberal outlets, CNN, NBC, ABC, and CBS, all state that the attacks on our troops in Afghanistan is escalating and that moving Soldiers from Iraq to Afghanistan is one way to counter the growing insurgency. The Pentagon acknowledges this and I agree wholeheartedly with it.

But by all means put up a link showing that the press has stated that Afghanistan is a losing proposition.

No. More troops are needed in Afghanistan. They should have had an overwhelming force there to begin with.

Go fuck yourself, lad.

I've been here for over a month and you have yet to write anything which shows you to be anything but an opinionate blowhard lacking facts, judgement or critical thinking skills.

Okay....what's the mission?

How do we know when its completed?

What indicators will we have that we are making progress?
