I say they are. The odds of a dad (yours or anyone elses) killing you if you are a child are greater than a gang member doing it. It has been reported than many gang members are dads too. If this is true the infiltration of gangs into dad territory is very disturbing.

I think we need to demand congress act, but OMGF!---most of congress are dads too!
