Guilty until proven innocent then right? If Zimmerman was wrong, then he needs to be arrested and sent to jail, but if he was within the scope of the law in self defense, then he should not be treated as a criminal.

That's determined by a Judge and Jury. Are you familiar with our Judicial system? Or the concept of Justice in general?
