WTF. Now they dont want you to resell stuff.. I mostly donate myself I cant remember the last time I had a yard sell , but some families rely on this for growing kids so they can bye the next size up on clothes ect..

The thing of it is that tax has already been paid on the stuff when it was new. The new sales-tax definition is about taxing the transaction. You could stretch the concept to the point where the government monitors every cash transaction in the Country whether it is your kid's allowance or a flea market purchase.

Copyright law is becoming one of the biggest threats to liberty in this country and unfortunately there is almost no difference in the two party's attitude towards protecting the corporate bottom line for the big players in the media industry.
