Well, it's because:

1. She'd cut his allowance - to zero.

2. She's got more balls than he does.

3. She'd deck him and he wouldn't look good on TV with a black eye.

4. He doesn't have another billion dollar widow lined up yet.

5. What does a washed-up shyster politician do after his sugar-momma has kicked him to the curb? There's not that much of a demand for 60-something gigolos.

Me neither. Immediately after I found out the scoop on kerry and his sugar mama, as soon as I got home, ANYTHING that said "heinz" on it got SHIT CANNED! Thankfully, it was only ketchup.
