Feds spend millions studying lesbian obesity
1 project claims 'gay' women have lower 'athletic-self esteem'

(FREEBEACON) — The federal government is still seeking answers as to why the majority of lesbians are obese and U.S. taxpayers are footing the bill, which now totals $2.87 million.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) study is now in its fourth year, receiving an additional $670,567 for fiscal year 2014. The project seeks to determine why “nearly three-quarters of adult lesbians overweight or obese,” and why gay males are not.

In just two years the project’s budget has nearly doubled, growing from $1.5 million to nearly $3 million today, despite fears that sequestration could jeopardize the project and other NIH funding.

According to the National Association of Strap-on Manufacturers, they cite an abundance of a lack of good strenuous daily physical activity by many lesbians as the reason for such widespread - no pun intended - obesity.

And among its members they market a fine array of exercise 'equipment' designed to enhance any partnership workout session, turning that fat into very rewarding buckets of sweat in no time. So instead of wasting more tax dollars on studies to point out the obvious, let's just buy 'em all some equipment and have them get on it.

Even as President Obama launched air strikes Tuesday against the al-Shabab terrorist group in Somalia, a pipeline for potential new Somali terrorists continues to fester right here in the United States.
It’s called the Refugee Resettlement Program, and it continues unabated under the leadership of the U.S. State Department and with the help of several Christian charities.

Minneapolis, Minnesota, sits at the heart of the controversial program. Known as “Little Mogadishu” to some critics, the city has since 1983 welcomed thousands of Somali refugees, most of whom are practicing Muslims and attend a local mosque or Islamic center.

While the Minneapolis-St. Paul area plays host to the largest Somali refugee population, it’s not the only American city that is taking in refugees from the war-torn African nation. Columbus, Ohio, and San Diego, California, have also served as refugee resettlement hot spots.

“But a number of them will not end up assimilating into American culture. They will be radicalized, either at a local mosque or on the Internet, and return to Somalia to wage jihad against the Western-backed government. Some have also joined ISIS in Syria.

The trend was underscored again last week when it was reported that two Somalis, both from Minneapolis, had linked up with the ISIS terrorist organization in Syria and one was killed on the battlefield in that country’s civil war.”
