If you could eat/drink anything you wanted every day and stay fit and healthy, what would your "FANTASY" daily menu be?

Mine would be:

(1) Cincinnati 3-Way Chili
(2) Salad with bacon bits and Ken's Zesty Italian Dressing
(3) Hot Buttered Rolls/Biscuits
(4) Pinot Grigio
(5) French Toast
(6) Coffee
(7) Alaskan King Crab Legs with melted butter

Oh my goodness, 3-Way Chili!! Delish!
I wonder if you need protection?

From gluttony? Hell yes I need protection.

Portobello mushroom fritters with garlic aioli
Seared Foie Gras
Braised Lamb Shanks in horseradish sauce
Buttermilk Biscuits
Cheese Cake

And Very Good Wine.

I am wild about potato pancakes. I usually make some sort of mashed potato for dinner on Saturday so I can use the leftovers for breakfast. I could easily become a cow again. lol


I make them with grated potato and onion...like my little old German Grandma used to make. They are so delish, but fattening. I mostly live vicariously through mr. boe, who can handle eating more carbohydrates.
….uh…with sour cream! Lots of it… Where did you say you lived?

What about bonging?

The wine takes care of the needed high....
Wine gives me a headache....

but it's cheap...you just have to determine the right level....
I don't like alcohol period..so that is a bygone conclusion.Your choice of drug does not negate my sense of using a natural organic material...

ehhhhhhhh... never said I was negating it but, you know, my way is ALWAYS best ;)
