In Russia it is mandatory for every male to do Military service when they turn 18 and the system is totally fucked, a bunch of them try to get out by getting fake medical referrals and alot of the ones that do go in are miserable and don't want to be there, trust me there is nothing worse than serving alonside someone who absolutely does not want to be there!
