I've read the case and it seems pretty open and shut.
A reporter did a story on hormones. A Fox TV station's news channel (not Fox News) decided not to run a piece the way it was presented and the reporter was basically blackmailing them into running it saying she was going to "expose" the station. The news station fired her and her husband.
