Who cares? Most of the Cubans in Miami. Very intelligent educated Cubans had their livelyhoods and property stolen from them.. Castro is and was a terrible dictator.. next thing ya know the Democwats will be inviting Hugo and Immadinnajacket up for tea!

Castro is a top five terrible dictator of the 20th century. However dumb he is not. He used and schooled the Black Caucus. I find it funny they were outwitted by such an old guy. I'm 50% Cuban and I'm all for normal relations. The embargo has failed because Canadians and Europeans go there all the time for vacations. Even when the Soviet Union fell the Chinese came in to prop up Castro. The Chinese are going to start drilling in the Gulf of Mexico off the Florida coast (Where we can't drill) and refining the oil in Cuba and then sending it through the Panama Canal back to China. Our Cuban policy is a miserable failure.

How do you have normal relations with a dictator?? exactly? Not only did he kill and maim and disenfranchise millions of cubans remember he was quite willing to let Russia nuke our azzs from there..Oh yeah and that No oil drilling the fucking Democwats impose on us that's just one of the things that make them traitors to their country!

Fidel won't be around much longer. By starting to normalize relations now, there will be a better chance that things improve for all Cubans. Fifty years of embargos hasn't changed Cuban thinking. Of course, Fidel was in power all of that time. However, once he is gone, things may change.

You know what I find the most interesting. Most Cuban American, including the Politicians, strongly support the embargo and strongly condemn Castro, especially the 1st generation ones who lived in Castro's Cuba! Yet liberal assholes know better!
