I think most of America was dumbstruck when Obama received a Nobel Peace Prize nine months into his administration. He had done absolutely nothing to deserve it when he received it and has done nothing to deserve it since. He was lauded “for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.” There’s not one example of that, in fact, quite the opposite. The only thing he did do at that point was not be George W. Bush. He went on to destroy the greatest nation on the planet. He bankrupted her, strangled her with regulations and taxation, and he circumvented the rule of law repeatedly. He deserves a prize for being a Marxist asshat.
Of course the awarding of the prize was politically motivated. Obama set a record as the only Nobel Peace Prize laureate to have bombed another, when US/NATO planes bombed a hospital operated by Doctors Without Borders in October of last year. He’s also aided Islamic terrorists, not defeated them. He participated in getting four Americans killed in Libya as well. He has absolutely armed up and nuclearized Iran, the largest terror state on the planet… so, about that peace prize – not so much.
