If memory serves me, I recall Obama being a sitting senator during the last administration. Please point out the specific legislation that he offered to help avoid some of the problems we have now. It's not as if these problems just materialized. Surely you can show us the bills Obama wrote as a senator for health care, banking and mortgages, energy and job creation. Show us the bills.

Obama is sneaky. He has hispanic orgs working behind the scenes to make sure that the illegals get what they want. Why is it that you don't hear from the National Council of the Raza, MALDEF, LULAC, etc.??? Because they know that it's coming. Did Obama mention illegal aliens in his speech? Is he going to create jobs for them and leave some hard working American without a job, not able to pay his mortgage, buy food for his children and send his children to college? Because that is what a path to citizenship or amnesty will do on a big scale.
Obama; “those that play by the rule should be allowed a path to legal status.” the ones who entered this country by breaking all the rules. Those that “play by the rules” are the ones waiting in line in Mexico,etc. The cost of illegal immigration is part of the reason the economy is in a failed state. Millions of illegal aliens defaulted on their mortgage and left bank holding the bag. And failing.
Some illegal aliens are still working in this economy. Doing jobs Americans are more than willing to do. Charity begins at home. What President Eisenhower did when jobs were scarce, he rounded up illegal aliens and deported them. If this can happen in 1953, he can be done in 2010. “YES WE CAN.”

Back during the early years of the Great Depression, then President Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of all illegal aliens in order to make the jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work. Approximately one-million Mexicans were sent home during this endeavor. .3 million left on their own.
Once again in 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower deported 1.3 million Mexican nationals (called ‘Operation Wetback’) in order that returning American WWII and Korean veterans had a better chance at jobs.

If America could deport the illegal invaders back then, they can sure do it today! If you have doubts about the veracity of this information, just type ‘Operation Wetback’ into your favorite search engine and confirm it for yourself.

A far left extremist like the Hussein is never going to turn the immigration problem around. He doesn't even view it as a problem. This is the same guy who wishes he could do away with his white blood, so you think he gives a shit about preserving white America? He would love nothing more than to see millions of Mexicans flood the country, given the right to vote so they can vote for Dems that will promise free handouts via taxing the "rich white man".

Too bad the previous administration didn't act more responsibly. Too bad the current crop of Republican representatives, both in the House and senate don't act more responsibly.

You missed an opportunity to join us Liberals in decrying these policies. The problem with that is Democrats have been in charge of Congress since 2007.

Obama likes to blame every bad thing on Bush, but never on the 2007-2009 Congress (which Obama was apart of).

There's enough blame to go around. BOTH parties have screwed up this country in the name of POLITICS. Don't kid yourselves. I am against Obama because of his far left socialist policies which reek of Hugo Chavez! He tried to censor FOX but when the other channels screamed, he backed off cause they knew that if FOX was censored, they would be next.
