He's saying it's not an "official" exit poll. Each campaign has Pollsters officially and legally assigned to different precincts throughout the country gathering this data. It's a good a measure though of what is being seen out there, as someone having worked a precinct this morning. Heavy voter turn out, heavily in favor of Mitt Romney here in North Carolina. I can't speak for any other state.
